Domain Transfer to Another Provider (EPP Code/Secret Code) - Unlocking Domain

**(This instruction is NOT for any .ph domains.)
**Reminder** This procedure is needed if you are transferring your domain to another domain provider.


HOW TO GET YOUR EPP or SECRET CODE:


The steps below is a guide on how you can get your EPP code/Domain secret that is required to transfer your domain.

1. Login to the domain portal:

https://philwebhosting-net.srsportal.com/servlet/LoginServlet?role=customer&currenturl=http://philwebhosting-net.srsportal.com


* Only the registrant has the right to access the domain. Make sure to access using the same email that you have used to register.
* You may need to do a password reset (Password sometimes takes a while to be forwarded to your email address, please check your email after 15mins-20mins)

 

2. Click on “List/Search Orders”





3. Click on the domain name you want to access




4. To see the domain secret (EPP Code) click on “Domain Secret”





TO UNLOCK YOUR DOMAIN:

To unlock your domain, please floow the steps below:

1. Login to the domain portal (Similar to the procedure mentioned above):

* Only the registrant has the right to access the domain. Make sure to access using the same email that you have used to register.
* You may need to do a password reset (Password sometimes takes a while to be forwarded to your email address, please check your email after 15mins-20mins)

2. Click on “List/Search Orders”


3. Click on the domain name you want to access


4. Click on Theft Protection and unlock your domain.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

*** After retrieving the EPP Code/Secret Code and Unlocking the domain, you should contact the new provider, and tell them you already have the EPP Code and have already unlocked the domain, and you are now ready to transfer your domain to them. They should then help you to create a transfer-in order for the domain on their system.

Once you have initated the transfer, you will receive 2 emails:

1) After placing a transfer request, you will get the following mail: Domain Transfer Request Processing Mail

2) After approving the transfer, you will get the following mail: Transfer Domain Success Mail:
