How To Fix cPanel Error “IP Address Has Changed. Please login again."

There are 3 probable issues why you would get an error message “ “IP Address Has Changed. Please login again."

1.) Your Internet Service Provider's DHCP lease time is short, causing your connection to get interrupted while connected to cPanel.


2.) You are inside a office or network environment that has a load balancer that changes IP whenever you connect to the internet.

3.) You are trying to access the same cPanel account from different devices at the same time.


To check whether your IP keeps on changing you can visit https://whatismyipaddress.com/ several times and see the IPs you are getting.

This issue is not a cPanel. cPanel requires a steady TCP connection, if your IP changes then the connection is cut. Please have a check at your connection.
