Why did my "new" Domain name stopped resolving - RAA Verification

The domain has been temporarily deactivated as the "RAA Verification" of the Registrant's email address has not been completed. During your domain registration you should have received an email regarding domain verification, Please make sure you verify your domain by following the procedure as stated in that email.

As per 2013 Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA) – The Whois Accuracy Program Specification of the 2013 Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA) requires registrars to validate and verify certain Whois data fields, which may include contacting you by phone, email or postal mail. Registrars must suspend or delete domain names that are not timely verified. More informtaion is available at http://www.icann.org/en/resources/registrars/raa/approved-with-specs-27jun13-en.htm#whois-accuracy

In compliance of above, we send a RAA Verification email to the Registrant's email address for each new domain name registered. The Registrant has to click a link in the email to complete the process. We provide 7-days time after domain registration for completion of this process. If the same is not completed within this period (as in your case) the domain name is suspended to comply with 2013 Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA) with ICAAN.

Here are the options available now;

Please locate the Verification email sent to domain name Registrant as per WHOIS data specified at the time to purchase and click the link. Incase you are unable to locate the email, we can resend it. Incase the email address specified at the time to Domain Registration needs to be changed, please advise us the new email to be updated and for resending the email.

Please remember to check Junk / Spam folders in case the email has been classified as such by email provider.

It should be noted, that you are still the owner of the domain name. Only RAA Verification need to be completed to restore service. This policy is a security measure applicable to all Registrar across the world.
