PHP Settings

Login to your cpanel

Look for "Select PHP version"
Select the PHP Version that you want (Once you select a version, Here you can enable mysqli and other things that you might need.)

Then, Click on "Switch to PHP Settings. (PHP Options)"
It should show you your PHP options (Php.ini)

You should be able to change the following setting of your PHP:

allow_url_fopen 
display_errors
error_reporting
file_uploads On
include_path
log_errors
magic_quotes_gpc
mail.force_extra_parameters 
max_execution_time
max_input_time 
max_input_vars
memory_limit
open_basedir 
post_max_size
register_globals
safe_mode Off
safe_mode_exec_dir
safe_mode_include_dir
session.save_path
short_open_tag 
upload_max_filesize
